WaterMark® T/I is a high quality, tough, long lasting, washable, acrylic exterior emulsion  paint with rich finish, easy brushability, excellent coverage and superior hiding power.  Manufactured using high quality acrylic copolymers, (for high scrub resistance) light fast  pigments (for long lasting colours) and highly active biocides to inhibit the growth of algae  and mould on walls. In addition to above the product will provide thermal insulation  properties and will reduce heat penetration to the building when applied to roof surfaces
